About Massage Therapy
All therapists employed at Absolute Serenity are qualified to level 3 and insured to operate; this means they also have a certificate of professional membership from the Federation of Health and Holistic Therapists.
We offer a professional Swedish body massage, which can include shoulders, neck, back, arms, abdomen, thighs and lower legs. Everything is discussed in your consultation, and your therapy is tailor-made to suit your product preferences and which areas need more attention.
This treatment takes at least a full hour, but face and feet can be included, as well as hot stones or heat wraps and physio equipment. So allow a good hour and a half.
